Sample Audit
A physical or digital sample is evaluated for quality, consistency, and adherence to the brand's stated aesthetic and material standards to ensure it meets our editorial criteria.
Stage 03
First-Order Monitoring
New suppliers undergo a probationary period. We monitor the first 10 orders for shipping accuracy, packaging quality, and buyer satisfaction to confirm reliability.
Buyer Protection Policy
We stand behind every purchase made through LinkFlux. If a supplier fails to deliver goods that meet the agreed-upon specifications or timeline, you are eligible for a full refund.
What's Covered: Non-delivery, goods significantly different from samples, or shipping delays beyond 30 days.
Claim Timeline: Disputes must be filed within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
Refund Process: Approved claims are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
Fairness in Every Transaction
Our Dispute Resolution Center is staffed by human experts trained in international trade compliance. When a conflict arises, you can file a claim directly through the platform.
Response Times: Initial acknowledgment within 24 hours. Resolution within 5 business days.
Escalation Path: If the issue cannot be resolved between buyer and supplier, the case is escalated to a Trust & Safety mediator who has the authority to freeze funds or suspend accounts.
