For suppliers, the initial application review typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Once approved, onboarding to build your catalogue can take an additional 3 to 5 days. Buyer accounts are generally approved within 24 hours.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, the buyer can open a dispute within the dashboard. LinkFlux will mediate to verify the issue. If confirmed, funds will be held in escrow until a resolution is reached, which may include a refund, a reshipment, or a credit to the buyer's account.
MOQs vary by supplier and product category. However, many independent makers on LinkFlux offer flexible MOQs specifically to help boutiques test new products without committing to large bulk orders.
LinkFlux is a wholesale marketplace, so returns are subject to the supplier's individual return policy, which is listed on their product page. We encourage buyers to request samples before placing bulk orders to ensure product fit.
